These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) govern all bookings, services, and interactions with 369 Movement ("the Studio"), located at Flüelastrasse 16, 8048 Zurich. By booking or participating in any class, workshop, or service, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and pre-purchased class credits.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to receive a class credit refund.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
Workshops and special events may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated upon booking.
If the Studio cancels a class, clients will receive a full refund or credit.
4. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclaimer
Participation in any class is at your own risk. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate.
Any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies must be disclosed to the instructor before the session.
The Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or while on the premises.
5. Liability & Insurance
The Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Clients must have personal health insurance covering physical activity.
We do not provide compensation for missed classes due to illness, injury, or personal scheduling conflicts.
6. Studio Rules
Clients must arrive on time; late entry is not permitted once the class has started.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive behavior.
Proper hygiene and respectful conduct are expected from all participants.
7. Changes to Services
The Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and pricing.
Any significant changes will be communicated via email or through the booking platform.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below).
Client contact details may be used to communicate class updates and offers, with the option to unsubscribe.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
